Hilton Cairo Heliopolis Hotel

I've paid a little bit more and we stayed in a twin room with the patio. Beside usual rich breakfast, good service and many nice food options, the patio is really a highlight. My daughter could use the swimming pool and I could comfortably watch her. There are peacocks moving around, we had a lot of fun with them. I also liked staff attitude. You can feel, that they do things not formally, but are sincerely interested to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The accommodations were spacious. The restroom was impeccably clean, with hot water readily available around the clock. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit diverse preferences. The staff provided exceptional hospitality, accommodating my late arrival and early departure with remarkable efficiency and attentiveness, proactively inquiring about my satisfaction. The bed's exceptional comfort facilitated immediate sleep.

The property is beautiful, very clean and offers so many different restaurants and amenities to choose from. But the highlight of the stay was definitely the staff. Ms Jano took such good care of us. She went above and beyond to anticipate our needs and had such a kind and friendly attitude. Ms Jano and Mr Mohammed Ali’s attention to detail made our stay truly unforgettable. Mr Sherif made our daily visits to the pool so much fun. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent. About 5-7 minutes drive from the Cairo International Airport. Easy & fast check-in & check-out. All staff were really amazing and welcoming. always had smiles on their faces. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are cozy. I had a program at Waldorf Astoria and staying at the Cairo Hilton Heliopolis was an excellent choice. The 2 hotels are located in the same building. I only walk through the lobby to get to Waldorf Astoria. The ambiance, serenity, calmness, sparkle cleanliness of the reception and above all the beautiful Egyptian décor captures the whole essence of my 7 days stay. The exotic restaurants on-site was a top notch for me. There were variety of cuisines to settle for if you are the adventurous type plus the cost was really good for a restaurant in a 5 star hotel. I had a great dining experience at the Raj (Indian) and Lan Tania. I was in Cairo when preparations were made to welcome the month of Ramadan and I fell in love with the antique Ramadan décor most especially the little parlor that was created with the the Egyptian carpet, throws, tea setting, incense, shisha and the Ramadan Stand. It was really eye catching as it stood out in the reception because of the vibrant colors and the crescent moon and stars that hung from the ceiling. it was a sight to be hold. The hotel was very close to the City centre & City Stars Malls, where you can shop until you drop dead. The CityStars was really it. about 500 shops of different varieties.

Staff was so friendly Breakfast is the best meal Singers and music are amazing every night in the Hotel Loubby.
